A trust wall that waits for real assets

Client logos and certification positions are reserved for verified material. Until each asset is supplied, the slot stays marked rather than filled with an illustrative brand.

Field to market

Every lot follows the same five checkpoints

Field

Harvest readiness is checked block by block, with maturity and brix samples agreed in advance.

Packhouse

Fruit is graded against the written specification and packed to the carton format your market requires.

Cold Chain

Pre-cooling and reefer set points are logged, so pulp temperature is traceable for the whole voyage.

Port

Documents, seals and container details are matched before the vessel departs.

Your Market

Arrival records and buyer feedback are attached to the same lot, ready for the next programme.

Each checkpoint is tied to a document that can be requested with the lot number.

Block, picking date and grading result attached to the lot.

03

Packing date, cold room entry time and carton count recorded.

04

Pre-shipment inspection

Final sampling result and container set point added.

05

Export documents

Phytosanitary, origin and inspection files issued against the lot.

We do not describe quality in general terms. Each checkpoint below is tied to a record the buyer can ask for.

  • Lot numbers issued before harvest

Every carton can be traced back to the block it was picked from.

  • One written grade sheet at every checkpoint

Size, colour and defect tolerances are applied the same way each time.

  • Pre-cooling and reefer temperatures logged

Pulp temperature and container set points are recorded per shipment.

  • Documents issued against the same lot reference

Paperwork and product stay in step from packhouse to port.

About EnpuraFresh

An orchard-to-port operation, run on records

We work with contracted growers on agreed varieties and volumes, then carry the same specification through grading, pre-cooling and documentation. The point is not to describe freshness in adjectives, but to make each step checkable.

Importers and wholesalers deal with one export desk for sourcing, quality checks, packing and paperwork, so responsibility does not move between parties mid-season.
